The wonderful plant, Rosemary, according to its Latin name, rosmarius, means ‘dew of the sea’. This is because it is known to grow close to the ocean. The essential oil from this super herb has many applications. This is why I am never without a couple of bottles in my house. Here are some of its many uses.
